I wanted to empower people by sharing my experience and insights from years of working across multiple roles from Business Operations, Change Management, Technology, Product and Transformation.
I wanted to empower people by sharing my learnings from seeing a company go from start up to scale up to corporate via acquisition into a larger enterprise.
I wanted to empower people by sharing hints and tips from seeing both successful and failed transformations.
Most of all I wanted to empower people by not scaring them with jargon around Agile, Lean, Product Management etc. but instead focusing on the key principles and values that will empower people, teams and organisations to be high performing.
This blog is all about empowering leaders, their employees and their customers. This is aimed at people wanting to work in a better, more human centric way that delivers customer value, creates happier employees and, of course, drives business results.
Each week I intend to share a blog around various topics from customer discovery, to value delivery, from OKRs and metrics, to transparency and story telling.
I empower myself not to have all the answers but to share my learnings and insights with you all.
